A greeting card recently arrived on my desk with this humorous re-imagining to the opening of a Christmas classic:
‘Twas the night before Christmas
When all ‘cross the Hill
The Democrats were pushing an expensive
Health care bill;
With so many committees
And so many hoops,
St. Harry promised something for all interest groups!
