The State Convention will be conducted on two different platforms: CaucusRoom and QuickVote. CaucusRoom will host the State Convention live feed so you can follow along with the items of business, listen to committee reports, and hear from Republican candidates. The CaucusRoom discussion thread will be the only way to make a motion from the floor. Voting/balloting will be conducted on QuickVote. You should open QuickVote in a different tab/browser or on a different device so you can simultaneously vote and follow along with the live feed.
*****You must join the CaucusRoom Group and open your QuickVote link (and see a green check mark) by June 25 at noon to be eligible to participate in the convention.
Yes! Sharing a screen for the live feed on CaucusRoom is perfectly acceptable. Each delegate should still create their own individual CaucusRoom account, but they aren’t obligated to watch the live feed from their own account on the day of the convention. However, only the delegate who is logged in and running the live feed will be able to make motions from the floor through the discussion thread. There are fewer opportunities for floor motions in the online convention than an in-person convention, but it is something to keep in mind. All delegates still need to vote on their own unique QuickVote link whether that is just in a different tab/browser or on a different device than the live feed.
Yes. You can call in to the State Convention feed by dialing: +1 (253) 215-8782 , Meeting ID: 815 7163 4474, Password: 871422. However, only delegates who are logged on to the event on CaucusRoom will be able to make motions from the floor through the discussion thread. There will be no way to make a motion through the call-in audio option. There are fewer opportunities for floor motions in the online convention than an in-person convention, but it is something to keep in mind.
Go to the WSRP Convention Group on CaucusRoom. Scroll down to the Pinned Post (the top post on the group page) and click on the event link provided in the post. Click on the yellow “Join Online” button located near the center of your screen.

We want to make sure every delegate is able to participate in the convention to the fullest extent. The State Convention officially begins at 10am, but we are starting the CaucusRoom live feed early so delegates can check to make sure everything is working prior to convention business. We will have staff on hand at 425-460-0570 and email@example.com beginning at 8am on Friday to assist delegates.
Contact us at the Washington State Republican Party and our staff can assist you. You can reach us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 425-460-0570.
You must check in before noon on June 25 or you will not be eligible to participate in the State Convention. Checking in means you’ve joined our group on CaucusRoom and you’ve opened your unique QuickVote link and saw a green check mark.
