BELLEVUE – Today, the Washington State Republican Party (WSRP) Chairman Caleb Heimlich released the following statement on Senate Democrats’ including Senator Patty Murray and Senator Maria Cantwell voting for the extreme Abortion for All Act:

“The Democrats ‘Abortion for All Act’ is a radical late-term abortion bill not supported by the majority of Americans. Polling shows that 80% of Americans believe that third trimester abortions should be prohibited in most or all cases,” Chairman Caleb Heimlich said.

Chairman Caleb Heimlich continued, “This bill was made as radical as possible to ensure its failure in the Senate. Democrats want to politicize this issue in a desperate attempt to distract voters from their abysmal record on everything else.”
